During my customary consultation prior to any photo shoot, I learned this time, that Amie was really into vintage clothing and has a true love for old books. The Mission in San Juan Capistrano was the right setting with its old world charm; perfect for a vintage girl like Amie! Her photo session truly captured her soul and her interests. The Lady of the Lake by Sir Walter Scott is one Amie’s most treasured poems. Love this red dress and Mary Jane shoes!!
Josh was amazing to photograph. Very enthusiastic about his shoot. I loved that his Mom, Dad, Brother and best friend came on our shoot. They were so helpful and gave the shoot high energy. Front of Announcement card that Josh is using. I called the above photo “Fruit of Labor”, reflecting Josh’s four years in high school. How perfect to photograph in a Orange Grove in Orange County. I bought this chair just for this shoot.
Our family and my Son Josh extremely enjoyed our experience with Kathryn during his Senior photo shoot she did for us. I highly recommend Kathryn for senior photos, as she thinks outside the box in her location picks, and creates refreshing, one of a kind photos that come out fantastic. We will definitely be asking Kathryn to do our next family photo shoot. Thanks Kathryn!

Another fun High School Senior Session with the lovely Natalya. A referral! I love referrals! For every referral a client gives me they receive a $100 Print Credit towards their next session. I had one client that referred five people to me, and she had $500 Credit which she used for a wall collage. The above image is my favorite of Natalya. I love the background and the dreamy look this image conveys.
It is always fun at a senior session. We did about five wardrobe changes which creates so many different looks. I’m a big fan of using windows and doorways for my portraits. What an awesome window to use for photographing Natalya, it frames her so beautifully.
I had the pleasure of knowing Rob’s Mother since we were 13 years old. Now, here we are many years later & she has a son that is getting ready to graduate high school. It is so surreal.
Rob is such a handsome young man, and we had so much fun during his shoot.
