Kayla knew what she wanted an urban shoot for her senior session…she is a city girl at heart. What better place then than downtown Los Angeles to reflect her personality and her love for city life! We started our shoot at the famous Disney Concert Hall Center with its great stainless steel curves and reflections. Kayla had great clothes, shoes and jewelry for her shoot and each outfit had its own meaning, as they had been worn throughout Kayla’s senior year (for instance her black dress & blue shoes she wore to homecoming). We were putting time in the bottle with these beautiful photographs as we captured everlasting visual memories of her special year.My photos from Kayla are being featured on Senior Style Guide which is honor as they receive hundreds submission every week. Very excited.
A wonderful senior session with Lauren in Laguna Beach. She brought along her Mother and two sisters for the shoot. We got her sisters in some of the photos making Lauren’s Mother very happy.
Lauren plays softball for Foothill High School. I was so happy to get these yellow flowers as her background making Lauren’s Varsity Jacket look great.Love these sister’s image. Can’t wait to photograph Lauren’s sisters for their senior years!
What a great high school senior session with gorgeous Rachel. Her parents and cousin came along on the shoot and were such a great help with wardrobe, hair and assisting me with props and lighting. It made for a fun time by all as we photographed in San Juan Capistrano. I met with them back in December for the consultation. Which is so important to a successful shoot. Planning the location, wardrobe and learning more about Rachel = great images!
Just love this tractor. The best prop ever!!!
Ryan was a referral! I love referrals and I always reward my clients when they give me a referral by giving them a $100 print credit on their next shoot. I had one client that accumulated $500 in print credit and ordered several metallic wall portraits for her home. I met with Ryan and his Mother for a consultation about his shoot. They really wanted a beach shoot. I told them about my favorite beach in South Laguna, what I like about it there are so many background options besides with the beach scene. I enjoy photographing at different angles. The one above, I was high up above Ryan and the one below, I was on ground level. Footprints… the sun on the sand made it glimmer.
Ryan is very photogenic with piercing blue eyes and a really sweet young man.
